- Price may be increased depending on complexity of the details.
- Additional charge for creating a new character design.

TERMS OF SERVICES1. Payment (via Ko-fi OR VGen) will be made in full before I start.2. There will be no default deadline. If there is a deadline, there will be additional charges.3. I will update you on the progress through Email, Discord messages, or Twitter Messages. Whichever you prefer. If I fail to update you within 2-3 weeks since the last update, you are free to contact me about the request.4. You will receive both a watermarked and a non-watermarked version. I receive the right to use the Watermarked version of the piece for any purposes (Posting it online, Portfolio, etc.)5. I, the artist, retain all copyrights for the commissioned piece while you, the customer, retain the intellectual property of the artwork.
It is considered Copyright Infringement if you:
- Reproducing the artwork for any commercial means without my permission.
- Claiming as the artist of the artwork.
- Altering the Artwork without my permission.6. For all intents and purposes, DO NOT use the artwork for Cryptocurrency/NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens). Any actions violating this term will be grounds for a copyright takedown on the post, account, and/or site it is hosted on regardless if it is paid for commercial use.7. Do not feed the commissioned piece into any AI datasets ever.8. I may reject your request if it's something I am unable to do or something I find it uncomfortable. I apologize in advance.
REVISION TERMS1. There are three phases wherein I would update you on the progress: The Sketch, the Lineart, and the Color.2. I will wait for your approval for each phases before I move on to the next.3. There is no limit to revisions as long as it is within reason. However, once we are already past a phase, we cannot go back to revise it.4. There may be additional charges depending on the kinds of revisions there are.
REFUND TERMS1. You are not allowed a refund once I started working on the artwork and after I finished the artwork.2. However, I can refund you the money if I cannot continue it for any reason.3. If such a scenario happens then I, the artist, will transfer the money back. Do not request a chargeback from PayPal/Ko-fi.
